Is ad design included in the cost?
Ad design is included in the cost when you select the corporate package. If you select any other package it's a flat fee of $75 or you can submit your own finished ad.
How long does it take for my ad to appear?
When you submit an ad copy your enhancements will appear in the app within 24 hours. If you'd like to utilize our design team the process takes about 48 hours from when we receive your design request. Submit the request here.
How can I track my clicks?
The most effective way to track clicks is to offer a deal or purchase the corporate package and direct app users to a landing page you can track.
Do I have to be a member to be in the app?
Yes, you must hold an active membership with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors®. Click here for membership info.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Upon purchasing an enhancement you will receive a link to manage the subscription. If the link is lost send us an email or call 800-416-1905.
